Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and deliver a best-in-class experience. You will educate customers, inform and inspire wardrobes, and collaborate with leadership to drive loyalty and sales using omni-channel tools.

You are a strong communicator, enjoy retail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required, with the role offering hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to engage customers and drive sales using suggestive selling.

Responsibilities

Treat customers and colleagues with respect to maintain a positive work environment.
Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
Engage with customers to drive sales and service using omni-channel approaches.
Support on the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Execute store operations efficiently.
