The salary range for this role is: $73,083.69 - $124,154.22

Responsibilities:

The Omnichannel Activation Specialist partners with their manager to develop and implement strategies that support brand and retail initiatives, driving sales and market share. This role requires understanding business needs, strategic planning, and account-specific opportunities. Travel is approximately 10%.

This is a remote position, available in the states of AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. Hybrid options are available in Pittsburgh, PA, or Rogers, AR.

  • Develops and executes omnichannel programs including retail signage, demos, direct mail, and digital campaigns like social media, coupons, banners, and search.
  • Collaborates with the Omnichannel Activation Manager to create customer-specific strategies aligning with brand and retailer goals.
  • Leverages external partnerships to enhance program impact.
  • Briefs creative teams, ensuring messaging aligns with objectives, brand standards, and retailer guidelines.
  • Establishes KPIs, analyzes campaign data, and optimizes media to boost sales and share growth.
  • Prepares cost estimates, socializes plans, and supports customer meetings with strategies and results.
  • Manages budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure timely payments.
  • Contributes to customer planning and marketing communication processes for growth initiatives.
  • Builds internal and external partnerships to achieve goals, including with Sales, Business Managers, and Finance.
  • Supports internal education on program performance and explores new capabilities.
  • Develops understanding of retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Helps meet volume and profit targets and performs administrative tasks as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years in CPG, eCommerce, or related fields; experience in activation, brand management, promotions, or agency work is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, media, or brand management.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with influence skills.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Retail Activation or Shopper Media (Dollar channel, C-Store, Drug, E-comm) is a plus.
