Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Richmond, VA is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead the Omni team and drive club performance, especially in departments they oversee. You will manage daily operations and implement digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, coaching teammates to deliver outstanding member service.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership of a team of 5+ and a track record of using data to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of 5+ employees within a professional setting.
• Ability to set goals and deadlines and organize workflow.
• Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management.
• Monitor productivity and drive results with leadership leadership qualities.
• Communicate with Club Leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities and drive team engagement.
• Open shift availability required; 18+ age minimum.
• RF scanner experience and computer proficiency are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Omni team members and manage daily club operations.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee digital initiatives like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate team performance; provide feedback and development.
• Maintain safe, inclusive, and positive environment for members and staff.
• Meet OMNI productivity targets and service level agreements (SLA).
• Collaborate with Club leadership to drive growth and profitability.
