Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support omni-channel fulfillment, including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and customer service within a wholesale environment.

The position requires experience with RF scanners and stock movement, and it offers a fast-paced, team-driven setting with a focus on safety, adherence to policies, and delivering GOLD service standards daily.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner using a handheld scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and advise on replenishment needs.
• Maintain clean, organized SFC area and adhere to safety SOPs.
• Meet productivity, SLA, and performance metrics for OMNI duties.
