Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support order pulling, staging, and digital initiatives across BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

You’ll use handheld RF scanners to verify merchandise counts, move items to staging areas, and ensure efficient, friendly service while adhering to club policies and safety standards. Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick and verify merchandise.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Ensure timely completion to meet productivity metrics.
• Maintain a clean and organized Omni Space Bin area.
