Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Maryland is seeking an Omni Supervisor to provide leadership within the club and drive performance in the departments they oversee, including OMNI functions like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

You will manage and coach Omni Experience Ambassadors, set performance goals, analyze reports, and ensure policies, procedures and safety standards are followed to deliver an outstanding member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a team of 5+ employees.
• Ability to set goals and monitor performance.
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills.
• Proven leadership and communication with club leadership.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy and policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Omni team performance and direct OMNI operations.
• Lead training and development for Omni Experience Ambassadors.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed accurately with high urgency.
• Review OMNI reporting and drive productivity improvements.
• Maintain club policies, SOPs and overall service standards.
• Collaborate with department managers to staffing and deployment.
