seeks an Omni Experience Manager to drive store sales, key metrics and profitability by leading a team of fulfillment associates to deliver positive customer experiences through accurate, efficient and speedy order fulfillment. The role collaborates across omni, operations and selling teams to optimize performance, participate in weekly leadership planning, and use planning tools to forecast labor and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver positive customer experiences.
• Experience with analytics to drive store profitability.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Inspire and develop the team to deliver accurate, efficient, and speedy order fulfillment.
• Coordinate organization and maintenance of the fulfillment area and related equipment.
• Track supply usage and place replenishment orders to maintain stock levels and profitability.
• Collaborate with merchandising, selling, and operations leaders on product, promotion, and pricing.
• Plan weekly leadership workload and ensure omni tasks are prepped and scheduled.
• Utilize planning tools to forecast units and required labor hours, identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and develop associates, drive retention, and promote a positive culture.
• Oversee onboarding and recruitment to build a ready-now bench of talent.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and asset protection compliance.
