Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Pittsfield, MA is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and curbside initiatives. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, use RF scanners to verify counts, and move items to staging areas while upholding safety and member service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize an RF scanner to verify merchandise and ensure accurate counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate inventory issues to the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Meet productivity metrics and support club leadership on performance goals.
