Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is hiring an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling from a pick list, moving merchandise to staging, and using a handheld scanner to verify counts and locations.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by pulling merchandise from a pick list in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify counts, then move merchandise to staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with the club team.
• Ensure orders are picked timely to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club; maintain neat and safe work area.
