Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Waltham, MA is seeking a warehouse team member responsible for pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging, and using a handheld RF scanner to verify counts. The Omni Experience Ambassador will support BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club initiatives.

You’ll contribute to fast, accurate order fulfillment, maintain safety and clean standards, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Verify merchandise counts using an RF handheld scanner and update locations.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area for processing.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and report expired or short-dated items.
• Collaborate with team to replenish merchandise and meet productivity metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe SFC area and perform general housekeeping and stocking tasks.
