Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

You will pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld scanners, and move items to staging areas while upholding club standards. You’ll work with a team to meet productivity goals, secure orders, handle returns per SOP, and maintain a clean, safe environment for members.

Qualifications

• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses a handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise counts.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and flag expired or short-dated items on the pick list.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC area and follow safety standards.
