Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld scanners, and move items to staging areas for processing.

You will support BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club initiatives, while upholding safety, cleanliness, and policy adherence to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and assist with replenishment.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and flagged items.
• Ensure orders are picked on time to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe SFC area and handle returns per SOP.
