Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador in a warehouse setting. You will perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, using an RF scanner to verify items, and moving stock from the sales floor to staging areas.

Daily duties include ensuring accuracy, maintaining safety, and supporting omni initiatives such as curbside and ship-from-club. Join a team focused on timely, friendly service for members.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Uses a handheld RF scanner to verify merchandise and move items from the sales floor to staging area.
• Communicates inventory and equipment issues and coordinates replenishment with the team.
• Ensures orders are picked promptly to meet productivity and SLA expectations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area and follows SOPs for handling damaged goods.
