• 5+ years store leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store experience with Omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and displays.
• Provide onboarding and equitable development paths for all employees; drive engagement.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll processes in collaboration with partners to maintain accuracy.
• Assess product sell-through to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Uphold safety standards, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Foster inclusivity and strong communication to balance customer priorities with operations.
