Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and its impact on the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team to elevate the store experience through omni-channel capabilities, merchandising, and display.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment while delivering exceptional, efficient, and personalized customer experiences.
• Build a diverse talent pipeline through recruiting, interviewing, and development.
• Provide timely feedback and onboarding for new hires and ongoing employee development.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and adherence to store procedures to support profitability.
• Drive execution of visual priorities aligned with Home Office direction.
• Promote clear communication and strong teamwork across the store and district.
