Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and how they impact the business.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to drive omni-channel sales and customer experience.
• Ensure engaging visual experiences and brand representation.
• Oversee staff scheduling and payroll management.
• Collaborate with partners to execute visual priorities and store outfitting.
• Develop talent and succession planning; onboarding for new hires.
• Foster inclusive, people-first culture and actionable feedback.
