Job summary

URBN is seeking a Store Manager to lead and drive sales by taking an Omni channel approach to the retail experience in Nashville, Tennessee. You will create an engaging environment that reflects the brand and inspires both customers and team members.

Lead a diverse team, recruit and develop talent, manage store operations and payroll with a focus on visual priorities, safety, and profitability. You will collaborate with district partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Passion for UO brand.
• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: create an engaging visual experience that appeals to the UO customer.
• Leads the team to elevate store experience through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display.
• Foster a welcoming environment by delivering exceptional and personalized customer experiences.
• Leadership + Team Management: recruit, interview, onboard, develop, and engage employees.
• Provide feedback and create accountability; develop growth paths for all employees.
• Inspires teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate.
• Visual + Business Operations: manage staff scheduling, payroll, and store procedures.
• Assess sell-through to guide strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions.
• Lead execution of visual priorities and adhere to company policies.
• Promote safety, inventory accuracy, and profitability.
• Communication + Relationships: maintain strong communication and teamwork across the store and district.
• Represent diverse voices and ensure inclusive store environment.
