Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience (fashion/lifestyle or comparable environment).
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experienced with retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; lead clienteling and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop diverse talent; set goals and review KPIs.
• Own store sales plans, forecasts, and action plans; partner with corporate teams to optimize strategies.
