URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Las Vegas to lead sales with an omni-channel approach, creating a compelling customer experience.

You will drive brand culture, manage a diverse team, and collaborate across visual, operations, and district partners to ensure outstanding store performance. The role requires a passion for the UO brand, 5+ years of leadership in-store, and the ability to recruit, coach, and develop talent while adapting to flexible hours including nights

Qualifications

• Brand and customer experience focus required.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop store talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and their impact on sales.
• Experience coaching and resolving conflicts within a team.

Responsabilités

• Brand Experience: partner with Visual Merchandising and Leadership to create engaging store visuals.
• Leadership + Team Management: recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; provide feedback and growth paths.
• Visual + Business Operations: oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and store visual priorities.
• Communication + Relationships: foster inclusive environment and proactive internal communication.
