URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Napa, CA location to drive sales with an omni-channel retail approach and to nurture a store culture that inspires customers.

You will lead a high-energy team, oversee brand experience, merchandising, and operations, while partnering with leadership to deliver excellent guest service and store performance. This role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to the FP brand values, with flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Love for the FP brand.
• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: create an engaging visual experience and partner with leadership on brand values.
• Leadership + Team Management: plan talent, onboard new hires, develop internal bench, provide timely feedback.
• Visual + Business Operations: manage scheduling, payroll, and execute visual priorities.
• Communication + Relationships: foster open dialogue and collaborative selling environment, share store insights with District Manager.
