You will develop the team, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising and leadership to deliver engaging experiences, inclusive leadership, and store performance through strategic decisions and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven track record hiring and developing talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and their impact on the business.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
