URBN is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and drive sales with an omni-channel focus at the Malibu location. The role emphasizes delivering an engaging customer environment and fostering team development in a culture of excellence, creativity, collaboration, and trust.

You will influence brand experience, merchandise strategy, and daily operations while mentoring a diverse team to achieve store goals and elevate guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand experience and omni-channel store presentation in collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Leadership Team.
• Elevate the store experience through merchandising, displays, and omni-channel capabilities.
• Foster an inclusive, engaging customer experience through personalized interactions and feedback loops.
• Build a succession plan, recruit diverse talent, and provide onboarding and development paths.
• Provide timely feedback to staff to drive accountability and growth.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and adherence to operating procedures.
• Lead visual priorities and align with Home Office direction for store layout and outfitting.
• Uphold safety, inventory control, and profitability through compliant practices.
