Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience required.
• Proven track record hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and business impact.
• Experience coaching, counseling and resolving conflicts.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as brand representative reflecting company values and partners with Visual Merchandising on engaging store visuals.
• Leads team to elevate store experience through omni-channel capabilities, merchandising and displays.
• Fosters inclusive, personalized customer experiences and uses feedback to improve interactions.
• Builds succession plans, recruits, interviews and develops diverse talent.
• Provides timely feedback and onboarding, ensuring development paths and engagement.
• Oversees operations, scheduling accuracy, payroll, and adherence to store policies.
• Guides buy/sell-through assessments and strategic, creative store decisions.
• Ensures timely execution of visual priorities and adherence to Home Office direction.
• Promotes strong communication and cross-functional collaboration among teams.
