Responsibilities

• Act as brand representative and create engaging visual experience.
• Train team to transact using Omni-channel retail.

• Talent planning, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Lead store operations including scheduling and payroll.
• Collaborate on visual merchandising and store priorities.
• Analyze opportunities and engage with community for events.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and policy compliance.
