You will oversee brand experience, people leadership, visual and operations, mentorship of the team, scheduling and payroll, and partnership with Home Office to hit store goals. The role requires flexible hours, a passion for the FP brand, and a proven track record in hiring and developing talent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store leadership experience.
• Love for the FP brand and values.
• Proven ability to hire and develop strong talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and how they impact sales.
• Experience coaching and resolving conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand experience and create engaging visual displays Reflect FP values.
• Advocate for omnichannel transactions; train team for seamless customer service.
• Develop and implement talent plans, onboarding, and succession for store leadership.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with partners to execute visual priorities and drive community engagement.
• Provide feedback and maintain a culture of accountability.
