Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador and creates an engaging visual experience; partners with leadership on visual merchandising and brand messaging.
• Develop selling initiatives and personalized service to build relationships with customers.
• Deliver omni-channel shopping and event experiences using MPOS, POS and customer service apps.
• Guide the team to prioritize customer service and styling to hit store metrics and goals; provide timely feedback to staff.
• Support Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding and retaining top talent to build bench for the store.
