Free People is seeking a Product Flow Manager to lead back-of-house operations in Walnut Creek, ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to floor placement and supporting an engaging customer experience. You will partner with leadership to create a visually appealing store environment and oversee daily operations, inventory, and shipments.

The role requires a passion for the FP brand, 1+ year of store leadership, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Act as brand ambassador and create an engaging visual experience with leadership support.
• Lead as manager-on-duty to drive zone engagement and store objectives.
• Ensure a seamless, omni-channel shopping flow from receipt to floor placement.
• Oversee stock-to-sales from receiving to productivity standards and restock communication with team.
• Maintain back-of-house standards and assist with inventory, transfers, and loss prevention awareness.
