Responsibilities

• Lead and drive sales with an omni channel approach to the retail experience.
• Create engaging store environment through omni channel capabilities, merchandising, and display.
• Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Builds a diverse team and recruits to fuel internal growth and external networks.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll management, and daily store operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead visual priorities, interpret Home Office direction, and optimize store layout and outfitting.
• Communicate store insights to District Manager and Home Office partners.
