You will partner with Visual Merchandising and leadership to create engaging retail environments, coach staff, manage schedules, and ensure brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for URBN/Urban Outfitters brand.
• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and its business impact.
• Experience coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays.

• Brand Experience: reflect company values and collaborate on engaging visual experiences with omni channel capabilities.
• Leads and supports teams to elevate store experience through merchandising, display, and omni channel execution.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment with personalized customer interactions and responsive feedback utilization.
• Leadership + Team Management: recruit, interview, and develop diverse talent for growth.
• Provide timely feedback and onboarding to ensure equitable development paths and engagement.
• Inspires teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and clear communication.
• Operations: monitor scheduling, payroll, and adherence to procedures to protect store profitability.
• Analyze sell-through and guide the team to make strategic, data-driven decisions.
• Oversee execution of visual priorities per Home Office direction and protect store standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold safety policies.
