Qualifications

• 5+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and its impact on the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: align store visuals with a compelling omni-channel experience.
• Leadership: recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team; provide feedback.
• Visual + Business Operations: manage scheduling, payroll, and adherence to procedures.
• Communication: ensure clear information flow to team, District Manager, and Home Office.
• Foster inclusive environment and a culture of collaboration and customer focus.
