Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Omni Operations for our California stores. You will drive incremental sales and profitability by managing in-store order fulfillment across Omni channels, while modeling world-class service and supervising staff to ensure adequate coverage.

You will lead by example, building guest relationships and maintaining presence across the store to support sales goals and seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Great time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to independently lead self and others to achieve results.
• Omni channel fulfillment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging all services (order pick up, shipping, delivery, installation).
• Identify and manage shipping in/out lanes in the stock room; utilize tables, carts, and racks as needed.
• Ensure stockroom organization to maximize efficiency, safety and productivity for salesfloor replenishment.
• Perform audits and reconciliations (UPS, DIAR, Markdown Audit Report) to reduce shrink.
• Champion safety practices; conduct safety meetings and ensure tools are in working condition.
• Create a positive environment where associates are treated fairly per People-First Philosophy.
