Job summary

Michaels in Superior, CO is seeking a store team member to help customers, find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will also support Rewards enrollments and omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy boxes, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings. You will follow SOPs to keep the store well-merchandised and compliant.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery, handle returns/go backs, and keep the store well-merchandised.
• Support in-store stock optimization and AD set duties; assist with shrink and safety programs.
