Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Customer Development Analyst to strengthen the partnership with Target by delivering category insights and solutions that drive profitable omni-category growth. The role focuses on growing the Target portfolio with data-driven strategies.

You will use advanced analytics to uncover opportunities, optimize assortments for online and in-store, and collaborate across teams to shape promotional plans and go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in customer sales, category insights/management, analytics, shopper marketing/insights, or related field in a consumer products environment.

Responsibilities

• Uncover opportunities with deep-dive analytics using retailer POS data, syndicated data, marketplace and HH Panel assessments to discern trends and provide insights-based recommendations.
• Integrate Omni-channel initiatives into analysis of business results.
• Uncover Omni Category insights and solutions for customers/shoppers/consumers delivering critical in-store and online metrics.
• Develop assortment optimization recommendations for online and in-store by providing shopper, category, brand and/or customer insights.
• Collaborate with Customer Development Managers to evolve promotional plans, evaluate pricing impact and track competitive activity.
• Work with internal partners to provide voice of customer for go-to-market initiatives and external marketplace understanding.
• Find opportunities to deliver on strategic seasonal priorities for the business.
• Develop, utilize, and share best practices to improve functional efficiency and accuracy of findings and recommendations.
