Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Sr Analyst (Incubator Operations) to partner with cross-functional teams in North America to drive data-driven decisions, launch readiness, and supply chain transformation across end-to-end processes.

This role combines advanced analytics, digital product development, and project portfolio management to improve performance and accelerate product launches within a hybrid work setting in Summit, New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in business analytics, supply chain planning, project management, supply chain operations, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and KNIME for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, SAP, and project management tools.
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable analytics, reporting, automation, or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and commercialization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Incubator Operations team to identify, define, and implement analytics solutions that drive process improvements across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital solutions that improve decision making, customer service, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, automation, and visualization solutions including Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting tools.
• Leverage data to identify insights, opportunities, risks, and performance trends supporting strategic and operational objectives.
• Communicate complex data and insights through storytelling, visualization, and actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with emerging analytics, AI, and digital technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and support change management to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
