Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Digital Product Specialist to lead analytics and digital product initiatives across the North America supply chain. You will own analytics products from ideation through deployment, partnering with business leaders to build business cases, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role blends supply chain and data analytics, requiring strong business acumen, technical depth, stakeholder management, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, product management, or consulting.
• Experience translating business problems into analytics or tech solutions.
• Strong business acumen with end-to-end supply chain understanding.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Data teams to deliver analytics solutions that drive value.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept to deployment and adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and support adoption of new capabilities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics tools using modern data platforms.
• Apply Agile methods to prioritize and deliver analytics capabilities.
• Drive process improvement and automation across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Communicate data insights through clear storytelling and visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on major transformation initiatives.
• Stay current with analytics, AI, and digital tech to uncover new opportunities.
