Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality seeks a Teleservices Agent to be the first point of contact for Wind Creek properties across phone, SMS, chat, and email. You will guide guests, provide information about property amenities, and book reservations using multiple systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, and at least six months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Some shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years or older
• Typing test at 25 WPM (pass rate)
• Proficiency with Word (70% pass rate)
• Six months of customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish and English required
• Experience with Opera or CMP/Opera preferred
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Answer all forms of communication: phone, SMS, chats, emails
• Provide a warm, inviting greeting and friendly service
• Respond to guest requests and needs with clear dialogue
• Resolve inquiries and confirm reservations across Wind Creek properties
• Upsell and cross-sell hotel, restaurants, spa, and events
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, rewards, and events
• Maintain professionalism across fast-paced, multi-system environments
