Job summary

Macy’s is hiring a Fulfillment Colleague to support an Omni-Channel customer experience by assisting with sales-driving operations and maintaining a friction-free shopping environment.

Join a fast-paced team with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will greet customers, support BOPS and curbside pickup, process shipments and returns, and collaborate across departments to meet goals while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide assistance to create a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor readiness and assist in BOPIS orders, including curbside pickup when needed.
• Assist in unloading and processing new merchandise and support other teams as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive atmosphere with colleagues and customers.
