Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to greet customers and assess needs.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting 15–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers, proactively assist athletes to understand their needs.
• Ensure merchandise is processed and presented per standards.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Complete omni-channel processes (Ship From Store, BOPIS, Curbside).
• Assist in loss prevention procedures and daily audits.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and a welcoming environment.
• Support team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
