Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking and at heights if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and assist shopping.
• Process merchandise and product receipts according to procedures.
• Uphold merchandising/presentation standards and execute omni-channel processes (Ship From Store, BOPIS, Curbside).
• Participate in Loss Prevention and daily inventory audits.
• Support team with store operations and safety policies.
