Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador in the United States. You will perform general warehouse activities, pull merchandise from a pick list, and move items to staging areas while using a handheld scanner to verify counts.

Responsibilities include supporting club policies, resolving member concerns, and ensuring a safe, positive member experience with a focus on speed, accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases with a pick list using handheld scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Maintain a clean, organized OMNI Space and storage areas.
• Provide a safe and positive environment for members.
