Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse duties, including order pulling, staging, and using RF scanners. You will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while adhering to club standards and safety.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate picking, teamwork, and delivering a high level of customer service to members, with a focus on efficiency and compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders from pick lists and moving merchandise.
• Experience in big-box or wholesale retail environments.
• RF handheld scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling from pick lists.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify and pick merchandise.
• Move items from sales floor to staging area and prepare for shipping/fulfillment.
• Ensure orders are completed quickly to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and assist with returns and restocking.
