Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations and digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will perform general warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, verify counts with handheld RF scanners, and move items to staging areas while upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner using an RF scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure timely order readiness.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues and handle expired items.
• Coordinate with club team to replenish merchandise and maintain orderly pick areas.
• Meet productivity, SLA and safety standards and follow SOPs for Omni initiatives.
