BJ’s Wholesale Club in Bel Air, MD is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador for warehouse operations. You’ll pull merchandise from pick lists, move stock to staging areas, and verify counts with handheld RF scanners, ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list using an RF scanner.
• Verify picked items and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and coordinate replenishment with club team.
• Meet productivity and deadline expectations and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Maintain a neat, clean SFC area and handle damaged or spoiled goods per procedures.
• Assist with other duties and departments as needed.
