Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to join our Baltimore-area team. You will perform general warehouse activities, pull merchandise from pick lists, and use a handheld RF scanner to verify counts and locations while supporting digital programs like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, member-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, safety, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases by pulling orders with handheld RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and verify counts.
• Communicate inventory/equipment issues and replenishment needs.
• Follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
