Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in retail operations or related field (or 5 years for equivalent level).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital operations initiatives and roadmaps across the designated area.
• Collaborate with operators to ensure adoption and execution of digital programs and product launches.
• Monitor KPIs, drive omni-channel performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
• Provide guidance and training to associates to enable digital services and tools.
