Walmart Inc. in Mandan, ND is seeking a Store Manager responsible for leading and developing teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and implementing company initiatives across operations, merchandising, and community programs.

You will drive store financial performance, manage budgets, inventory flow, and shrink; supervise hourly associates, hire/train, set expectations, and promote a culture of belonging.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Open Door Policy: guidance on applying company policies and ensuring compliant practices.
• Firearms CBC training requirement for firearms facilities where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues through the One Best Way service model.
• Oversees operations: merchandising, inventory flow, seasonal transitions, and open communication with stakeholders.
• Promotes a culture of belonging, recruits and develops qualified associates, and promotes employee recognition.
