Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required for facilities that sell firearms where applicable.
• Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
• Provides feedback, tours stores, and communicates with all levels regarding store operations and company direction.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports customer service initiatives and community programs.
• Drives store financial performance by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales goals.
• Coordinates staffing, assigns duties, and measures progress to achieve results and foster a sense of belonging.
