Organizational Management (OM) Technician I serves as an integral member of the OM/PA Team with Classification, Compensation and Pay Administration (CC&PA) at Central HR. Position is the primary initiator of OM requests throughout their entire workflow process. The position ensures high quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at every stage. Additionally, the Technician provides office support to the CC section through file maintenance, reporting, updating position descriptions in Workday and creating job aids and training materials.
Recruitment Range: $33,902 - $53,498 Annually Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Demonstrated experience working in a HR role applying HR Federal and State laws, and State policies, procedures, and best practices. Hand-on experience working with Integrated HR systems to preferably process organizational management and/or personnel actions. Experience creating reports to review and/or search position, employee, and organizational data. Experience creating and maintaining position or employee data. Technical Proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, PDF, and Word.
