The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience and a passion for exceptional hospitality. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in upscale casual dining.
• Guest-first mentality with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills.

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join one of our Chattanooga-based concepts Olos. You’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, working side-by-side with your team to ensure smooth service, strong sales, and a culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
• Manage daily operations including labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Hire, train, and develop hourly staff and supervisors
• Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profitability
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with multi-unit leaders on business goals and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (upscale casual dining preferred; full-service preferred)
• Guest‑first mentality with a passion for hospitality
• Experience in scheduling, inventory, and team development
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast
• Maintain a safe working environment for team members and dining environment for guests
• Work with the General Manager to ensure all financials are on track, recorded accurately, and on time
• Eagerness to grow with a company that promotes from within
• A degree in Hospitality Management or similar is preferred
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members
• Strong passion for hospitality and service
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
• Working knowledge of local and national health codes
• Excellent communication
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
