Job Details — Location: Chattanooga, TN 37402 — Salary Range: $10.00 - $15.00 hourly.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures and property specific brand standards
• Bus tables quickly for easy turnover
• Perform any other duties as requested by management to aid in better operations for guests
• Provide personalized, friendly service to each and every guest
• Re‑stock supplies in the assigned areas

Necessary Skills

• Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, associate issues, etc.
• Be responsible for safety and security of guests and fellow associates
• Have knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures
• Able to report to all scheduled shifts
• Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
• Able to work a flexible schedule; open to nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be organized, honest, and work well with others
• Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and appearance
• Have the highest degree of integrity and be humble, living by the Golden Rule
• Able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Value dedication, innovation, respect, excellence, community focus, and spirit of service
• Be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, lift, and/or carry up to 40–50 pounds
• Perform work for 8 hours and operate in a restrictive space/environment
• Have eyesight enabling near and far vision
• Be able to use/lift arms for up to 8 hours
• Work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and stress
